The villa is approached down a lane not far and just off the Pollensa / Puerto Pollensa roundabout on the road that leads into the historic town of Pollensa. This Pollensa Villa is nestled at the end of the lane on a small cul-de-sac.

On entry to the Villa the original court-yard, which can be ideally accessed from both the kitchen family room and lounge/dining room greets you.

The front door opens into a super light, airy spacious lounge and dining room, with its comfortable sofas, stylishly designed large dining table and chairs, which enjoys views out to the garden and pool through the second set of glass french doors within this room that open out onto the large terrace.

To the left of the lounge/dining room, glass french doors open into the magnificent huge stylish open-plan kitchen/family room, with its stone feature wall and a further large dining table and chairs. French doors open out from the kitchen directly onto the entrance court-yard and further door leads onto the terrace with a built in uncovered brick BBQ nearby and where feature ceramic stone table with white chairs are located, an ideal spot for al fresco entertaining overlooking pool and gardens or enjoying breakfast in the sun.

French doors lead out from the lounge/dining room, via two steps down, onto a large partially covered terrace. Further two steps lead down off the terrace onto the delightful pool area which is located at the back of the Villa and is surrounded by lawns on four sides, together with a raised stone terrace with its stylish sunbeds and straw umbrella offering welcoming shade from the summer sun.

The terraces, garden and pool enjoy pleasant views out onto a small hillside, established trees and greenery beyond, offering, both semi-seclusion and privacy, especially enjoyable as not all villas outskirts of town Villa have this facility.

To the right of the lounge/dining room is an inner hallway to the bedroom quarters all of which are as equally spacious as the rest of the Villa. To the left is a large shower room with its step in shower recess, nicely designed in neutral tones of beige tiles.

To the right leads onto two spacious twin bedrooms which share the shower bathroom.
On the left leads into the spacious master double bedroom with large walk-in wardrobe. This bedroom has its own private complete bathroom with shower over the bath, again, nicely designed and decorated in beige and white ceramic tiles.
