We are delighted to have been offered Villa Pinaret a residential town Villa in Puerto Pollensa in the appreciated area of "Pinaret". Its location is only approx. 100m walk from your villa to the white sandy beach and sea nestled along the bay of Pollensa.

Iron gates open into the grounds of this Pollensa Villa. Two steps take you onto an open stone paved terrace which is partly covered at the front enterance doors. The glass sliding doors open into an open-plan lounge and dining area.

The lounge with its summer colours of yellow comfortable sofas offers a bright and light ambience, the glass sliding doors that lead off this room, allow you access out onto the terrace which leads directly to the covered pergola, gardens and pool.

Leading off the dining /lounge on the right takes you to a small inner corridor. To the right of this corridor is the fully fitted kitchen with its vitroceramic cooker hob. At the end of the corridor a door takes out to the exterior which is accessed by four stone steps leading down. At the bottom of the steps is the uncovered freestanding stone BBQ.

On the right of the dining/lounge leads to a further small inner corridor. Directly in front is a shower room with step in shower recess. To the right leads into a pleasant twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes with a feature wrought Iron black and gold headbed. To the left a further twin bedroom with classic Mallorcan style wooden headbed and fitted wardrobes.

Open plan stairs with handrail lead directly up from the lounge/dining. Double wooden doors open out onto a small “Romeo and Juliet” style balcony with iron rail. On the left is a twin bedroom with feature iron bedhead and fitted wardrobes. There is also a shower room with step in shower recess decorated in dusky pink ceramic tiles.

The nice kidney shaped pool with its ladder steps is located at the side of the Villa and is accessed off the terrace by steps leading down and is set in large lawns on two sides, with palm trees in the garden giving shade. There is an exterior pool shower adjacent to the pool. There are also two permanent straw umbrellas within the lawn area nearby the pool, ideally located giving shade during the heat of the day. There is a covered pergola area on the terrace that overlooks the gardens and pool, allowing you to enjoy al fresco eating. The BBQ is at the side of the Villa and has access by stone pathways around the house to the gardens and pool.
