Villa Marina is located in the countryside nearby Pollensa Golf and approx 5km from old town Pollensa. Downhill track leads you to Villa Marina. The Mallorca Villa is surrounded by elevated terraces with plenty of room exterior for catching the sun and relaxing, There are four wide steps that lead up to a covered terrace and front door.

Front door opens into an inner porch with traditional stone flooring. French glass doors open into open plan Dining/Kitchen. The dining area is directly infront with feature wood beams and spot lights and to the left is a small, yet functional, fitted kitchen.

To the right of the dining area floor slightly slopes down into the lounge sitting area with its stone cushioned feature seating and includes other features such as a glass window feature built into the stone wall, that looks through to the dining room area, this room also has facility of a stylish black flat style TV and ceiling beams.

To the left of the sitting area a door leads into the master twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, and own en suite shower room, nicely decorated in royal blue tiles. There is a door that leads out of this en-suite to the exterior, with direct access to the various terraces and pool area. *Note. This bedroom has a ceiling fan facility as well as A/C unit.

To the left of the dining area two steps lead down to a small inner hall. A door on your right leads into a complete bathroom with shower over the bath.

At the end of the hall door opens into a double bedroom, with fitted wardrobes. which is accessed by two steps.

Leading directly up from the open plan dining and kitchen area, open style stairs without hand rails, lead up to two further bedrooms. At the top of the stairs on the left is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes. In front of the stairs leads into a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, and has its own en-suite step in shower room. This en-suite is accessed by one step down off the bedroom. (Note. both these bedrooms have sloping beams). The exterior zones of this Mallorca Villa are on various elevated terraces. Leading from the front door a couple of steps takes you to a large terrace area with table and umbrella facilities. On the right of this terrace, a further four steps take you to a top level terrace which is where the nicely shaped pool, working with salt water chlorinator system, is located, which is to the side of the Villa.

Adjacent to the pool is a delightful area with exterior furniture sofa and chairs which is a super shady spot to relax and read a book as the area has a pergola covering. Adjacent to the pool and terraceson lower level, is the super large covered entertaining area with BBQ, this area includes a 2nd dishwasher, sink and two ring gas top stove, and further 2nd fridge. Below this area are further terraces, and a small lawn area below. These areas are ideal to sit and relax and catch some sun, as you have choice of higher or lower terraces with views of the countryside and mountains beyond, together with the entertaining area nearby the pool all are nice areas for al fresco eating.

The washing machine is located exterior to the Villa.

The Villas position is ideally located in a countryside location, nearby facilities of the Pollensa Golf Club - for the sporting golfer, also, nearby are restaurants and chic cafes of historic town of Pollensa, only mins drive away by car.
